Though I understand that you became used to the Babe role played by Alexa, I am just not getting why so many people never get that in MOST cases...the actress CHOOSES to leave on their own. Being hurtful to the new actress is something I cant get. Blame Alexa for not being there, not the new actress.

I dont know why you would blame anyone. Alexa chose to leave so that she could move ahead with her career and although we miss her, shes doing whats best for her. But who knows, Rebecca Budig left to do the same thing that Alexa is trying to do but now she's coming back to pine valley, so maybe the same thing will happen to Alexa...but I wouldnt wish that on her because that's obviously not what she wants to have happen.

I have been watching this show for years, and out of all the people I have watched come and go over the years, Alexa's Babe has always been my favorite character, but would I want her to return? Of course, but at the expense of Amanda Baker losing her job? Absolutly not. Its not right that this happened to Sabine and it would be equally as heartbreaking if this were to happen to Amanda too.

I'm trying to get into the nubabe but its hard. She acts too refined and polished to be babe. To me she acts and looks like she could have grown up in the Chandler mansion instead of trailer park with moma. She needs to become a little less uptight and more happy and friendly and smile more IMO. Maye she is just a little nervous being new in this role. I say loosen up Babe.

I am trying to get use to the new Babe too..Babe's character is so trusting that she cant see the forest for the trees...like this with Richie...people tell her but she will not listen...and quite frankly, I still only see the girl on Night Shift trying to kill everyone...she is a pretty girl and all but that is who I still see

Alexa chose to leave. So we need to get used to the new Babe. Although everytime I see her I'm like whos that and have to remind myself its Babe.

I fear that is we continue to say ... I'm not happy with this recast we're going to have another RB/SS situation again when AB is recasted ... grant it ... it might not be AH but it'll all snowball again ... AT THE WRONG TIME.

I've seen a lot of changes over the years but I think this one, if memory serves me correctly, is the worst fit of all. I agree that the new one don't act or sound or look like a Barmaid daughter from a trailer park.

I would definitely like Alexa (Babe) back. You've got pursuasion baby. You can do it. I know you can. Hurry up before she finds something more to her liking. I'll be waiting in hopeful anticipation.

I do not like the new BABE. I would like her as a new comer tho. Alexa possibly has a double out there or someone w/her disposition but Amanda Baker's personality is not even close to Alexa's and it's d _ _ _ near impossible to think of her AS Babe... at least it is for me.
