Dre has not been defined yet. There are some things we do know about him but can't put here since it's not marked spoiler.

So far, all we know is that he is one of the kids that are in that band. The group that is Colby's friends... That's about all we know.

Looks like he's going to get more of a story line now.

I think he might be related to the guy that helped save Zac & Greenlee. He's on the run from someone like Dre is. we'll see.
