I was thinking back to the Mardi Gras explosion. Simone and Zach were talking after Ethan died. And I swear she told Zach that she planned to tell Ethan over dinner later that she was pregnant! Does anyone remember this? Then I wondered what happened when a few months later she wasn't pregnant. Did the writers forget about this? It would have been nice for Zach to have a grandson/granddaughter. But if Ethan was Alex Sr's then it would be his nephew/niece.

I'll look for the scene on YouTube and let you know what I find out.
