I'm not new to the site but I am new to posting here.I broke my leg a few days ago and can't work so thought i'd spend my time doing something inventive,talking about soaps on the internet.lol

I think I know which site you mean and sorry to tell you I am a poster there,oops.

I used to be a poster there too, but the moderators let things get way out of hand. It's been quite some time since I have posted on that board. Disagreeing or having differences of opinion is one thing, but a few on that board (and really only a few) made it impossible to "enjoy" posting and talking with others. Some of the things they said about certain actors/actresses on AMC (both personally and professionally) were way out of line, and some things even being outright LIES. I chose not to partake in their name-calling and hateful behavior and left some time ago.

There are several characters I do not like on AMC and a lot of storylines I haven't liked. I'm sure the same can be said for several others on this board. Just because we don't like the same characters doesn't mean we can't have intelligent conversations on this board. Everyone has a right to their own opinion. Trashing actors, characters and other posters, in my opinion, does not make for intelligent conversation.

I think most on this board would prefer to keep this a "trash free" message board. AND, I know the moderators are not going to allow trashing on this board (and we thank them for it).

Unfortunately, the "other board" you refer to might as well not even have moderators because they have lost total control of that board and will never be able to get it under control again. I used to enjoy posting there, but have no use for their bigotry, hatred, and lack of intelligence any more.

k-soaps, I think you will find that everyone here will respect you as long as you respect them. We like to tease around and have fun too, with some of us having become good friends in the process.

Welcome, and I hope your leg gets better. And, I hope you enjoy "not working" while it does! I know I would!

K I'm not sure if u re-invented yourself or not ... I've been here since day one ... I'm not familiar with ur name at all. But lisa had been on this same storyline for threads. It wasn't just on this thread. I respect her opinion ... it's her's and that's fine ... I'm just tired of seeing it reiterated in ever post. That's all. I never or has anyone that I've noticed ever called her a bigot or anything else. So, if u perceive it that way ... it's incorrect. It's just that every post about Bianca and Zoe is the same thing. How about it failed ... yada yada. We got the point the first 5 times. That's all I was saying. But thanks for your assessment.

Also, there are very good friends of mine during the whole Babe/JR/Josh thing that I was the only one that wanted her with JR .... everyone else wanted her with Josh. But we still very much love each other. Also, some love Sabine .. I like Rebecca ... but we're fine with each other.

I saw a Tyra show on transgender. She had a kid who was like I think 12 when he started his f-m transition. His dad rejected him. He legally changed his name to his mentor who's actually now his Mom's Significant other and he was a f-m transgender also. So, see no labels. She never thought she'd be involved in a relationship with a transgender ... there u go. Then there were 2 couples ... they started out as lesbian couples ... then one transitioned ... they tried to live lesbian lives but they felt too much trapped to continue ... and guess what ... they are still together ... so now they are in "female-transmale" relationship. And not having any problem with it. Margaret Cho actually directed the video he is in with his band that plays on LOGO. U can actually go to her website too. So, see. it's to each liking.
