I hope that Dixie does not come back...her last appearance did not do much for me....she was not the Dixie that left and she only wanted to be with Zach..not Tad...could be the personality thing, but I want to see Julia with Tad so they can raise Kathy together... |

I agree. I don't think they will ever bring Dixie back. I think the problem with her last visit was the fact that SHE wanted to dictate storylines and who she should be paired with. I had heard she insisted on being paired with Zach; however, the writers would not break up Zendall. (I think they intended to pair her back up with MEK, but she did not want to be paired with him as they did not get along very well. MEK would never comment one way or the other about Cady's departure) Don't know if these are facts or just hearsay. It does sound like her "demands" and "outspokenness" are what caused her to get canned from the show though, and not because TPTB didn't want her. Producers do not want to put up with primadonnas, and they no longer have to because there are too many other talented people out there to choose from. I think when she started demanding, they simply said bye bye!! |
