I figure that when Charolette is born (or sometime soon after) she is going to need a bone marrow transfusion and low and behold little Cathy will be a match AND at which point Tad will learn that Cathy is his little Kate. |

Smells alot like Molly/Sean storyline except that wasn't the main intent for Charlotte being born to save Kathy.
