I read this at the soapcentral site 'red hot spoilers".
Don't read if you don't wnat to know





Ryan tells Annie he had a vasectomy!!!! I nearly fell out of my chair. It did not say 'when' he had it just that he tells her.

I think he had that when he was married to Greenlee...he did not want to be a father like his was, so he had a vasectomy....he did not tell Greenlee that he was having it...that is part of the reason she went to Madden in the first place

But, he made his donotions (haha) when he first came to town to get extra money...so, it could have been his sperm used for Spike

Spike is his because he anonymously donated his sperm to a sperm bank and Greenlee found out about it but she couldn't carry a baby but she did donate her eggs but Zach caused a blackout and Greenlee's eggs were destroyed so Kendell used her own eggs so Greenlee could have a baby, however Greenlee found out that Kendell was having a baby that was biologically Kendell's and Ryan's and she was not happy so she left Pine Valley and Kendell had Ryan's baby, and now Emma is supposedly his because of his annonymous donations.
