I might be losing my mind, but I thought that Kendall (when Sarah Michelle Gellar played that character) had gotten married or was going to get married to Del. They left PV together and I thought they were moving to Florida. Does anyone remember when Kendall and Del were together? If they had gotten married back then, why hasn't Kendall or Del talked about it now?

You just have to look to the Cast List on the left hand side here, and go to her character page. It states: "While in jail, Anton, Dimitri’s ward proposed to Kendall and she accepted, but when he discovered her working with writer, Del Henry, to write a tell-all book about Erica’s scandalous life, he broke it off. Later, when discovering that Dimitri was his real father and had hidden the fact, Anton and Kendall wed to make their respective parents miserable. Anton and Kendall’s loveless marriage soon fell apart.

The book about Erica never came to fruition, but Del and Kendall fell in love and planned to marry. They went to Florida to live with her adoptive mother, Alice Hart, upon learning that Kendall's adoptive father had passed." (They were engaged but never actually got married.)


And I think there was maybe one scene since the new Del has been there, that he and Kendall talked about being an item in the past (he is working at her bar, it was one of those times when they just happened to be there and have some time to kill). It was very brief, and forgotten just about as quick as it came about. I think the reason for that is because there are 2 entirely different actors playing the parts now than back at the time they were involved, so there really isn't any history or chemistry with these 2 new people. Plus it was so long ago, and has no bearing on anything current, there's really no need to bring it up in story.
