It was reported by admin a few weeks ago that Aidan Turner (Aidan Devane) would be leaving AMC, and that his last day is November 6th, which is this coming Friday. Well, apparently, his stay has been extended for a bit longer, because Friday, November 12th, he'll still be on this show supposedly causing serious trouble for Kendall and Zach. Spoilers say that he'll send Zach an "email" while pretending to be Kendall. Zach suspects it's NOT Kendall, and starts to get worried.

Now how STUPID is this? Why send Aidan off like THIS? I'd rather see him get shot and die, or find a woman and move to Canada. But why this sudden interest in Kendall after all this time?

Because the writers are talentless and can't come up with anything new.

I really hate this b/c I really like Aiden and he was treated badly here since Greenlee. She left for Ryan, Annie left for Adam (I am not sure of anyone before Greenlee b/c I started watching again when Jesse and Angie returned). Bummed out!

It seems like the writers have a problem with closure on this show. We have seen characters disappear with either poor storylines or (worse yet) no story! Remember Carmen? The poor girl vanished one day. And Jack? Here is one of the best-looking, strong veteran characters and he pretty much vanishes too! Also, the very talented actress playing Taylor disappeared too. Such a waste of talent, and such an insult to the viewer who pays attention and deserves a better explanation. It is no surprise that Aidan is being treated the same way...poorly and in such an incompetent manner by the writers.

I think a good departure would be for Aiden and Kendall to leave for Canada. That way the actor could depart with dignity and Alicia Minshew can stay away for a few months while waiting to give birth. Ok, eventually Kendall can come back ALONE, but by then the murder mystery will be solved. In the meantime, where's Aiden? They parted ways and she never reveals where he told her he has gone to. That could leave room in the future if the writers want to bring back the character.

Yes, same here. I started watching again when Jesse & Angie came back. Before then, the last time I watched this show was before Aidan was even heard of in PV.

I agree. He's a good, strong male character, and the BEST they can do for his farewell, is have him lusting for Kendall and pretending to be her; and send Zach hate emails?? What a way to ruin Aidan! So dumb.
