And her name is Marissa Tasker. Why isn't he claiming her as his daughter???? He definately claimed Babe, so why isn't he claiming her???? Marissa is just as much as his daughter as Babe and Leora were so he shouldn't be disowning her. And if he wants to give Trevor another sibling so bad, why not try and work things out with Krystal and try to save his marriage with her???? I don't think that he should be meddling with Jake and Amanda's lives at all.

This is my theory.......David knows Trevor isn't his. Seems way back he did do some sort of DNA test and had the results switched. He is now going to use Amanda to have a child for him before she finds out that Trevor isn't his.

How come Krystal cannot have anymore babies? Also does David not know that Amanda is not the only fertile better than anyone else woman in the world to have a baby with?And as a bonus if he had a baby with someone he had a future with he could also have his family that he has always wanted.

I think Amanda now is trying to outsmart David. She's going to try and get pregnant with Jake's baby so that she can wiggle her way out of signing David's bogus contract.

David never had the chance to be a father to a newborn, Krystal left him and sold Marissa and raised Babe alone. Amanda ran away with Jake so David never had the feeling of being a new dad, something he may be missing in his life. He may want a family so badly he is controlling Amanda into being his family wanting another child with her. Like to see a new character introduced to be Davids new love intrest and begin a new family. David doesn't have the best personality, but seems he kicked in the teeth by women and their lovers.

When David and Anna Devane were married, they had a newborn, Leora; she died during a heart operation, but he still knew the feeling of being a new dad, just not for very long! This foolishness w/Jake and Amanda is just lame; Jake and Amanda are both dumb idiots!

1. I don't think David or anyone have done a DNA on Trevor. I think they just assume it's David's kid.
2. Didn't Krystal have David sign a contract stating he would NOT go after the baby and let Amanda raise the baby? What ever happened to that contract? Surely Krystal kept a copy somewhere.


Why isn't someone doing a DNA already of Trevor?? Why hasn't Krystal's contract been seen?

I hope Amanda does get pregnant from their little romp today. But who will say it's Jake's or David's when the baby is born. Maybe the writers will pop up with a new story line(haha new...) that Trevor gets extremely ill and needs a blood transfusion and guess who's NOT a match, but who will by?? Oh could it NOT be David and YES it will be Jake?

Oh please help us...give us some new storylines.

i really do not think that David would switch the DNA on Trevor if he found out it was not his.... David is only interested in his OWN children not someone else's . Otherwise He may as well just adopt one. It would be the same thing, except legal.

…Because a 24 year old nimrod is not a suitable sibling for Trevor. They will have absolutely NOTHING in common because they are too far apart in age. In addition, he probably knows that Jake/Amanda will not make it through another 9 months of Jake watching her hatch another Hayward.

NAYBE DAVID WANTS TO GIVE THE BABY TO GREENLEE. HE TAKING CARE OF HER SOMEWHERE.
