Like Cady McClain but would love for them to bring her back as a new character instead of Dixie think Dixie has died to many times for it to be beleivable. Knowing the writers maybe they will bring her back saying that David Hayward had an island for all of PV residents that died but didn't.

I for one am tired of the revolving door policy at the soaps. Actors/actresses decide to look for greener pastures and leave the soap. Then things don't work out and they come crawling back and we are supposed to just accept this. They shouldn't bite the hand that feeds them...

I would love to see Cady McClain come back to the show, BUT I'M SICK OF THE DEAD COMING BACK. I just read Greenlee is returning Dead people on AMC. They should really bring Stuart back for real.

Tired of watching the dead come back to life. I stopped liking Dixie when she cheated on Tad with David. Seems her and Tad were such a perfect couple until then. I agree, if Cady returns, i'd like to see her as a different character with a amazing resembelance to Dixie. When "Greens" returns hope she finds a new love intrest other than the same old "cheatin" b/f's

I am glad someone posted this thread. I would love for Cady Mcclain to return to AMC as Dixie. I heard something about her leaving As the World Turns. I don't Dixie is dead. She is was supposed to be dead from eating poisionous banana pancakes. I think she is in a coma or David is hiding her like Greenlee. Anything is possible.

Maybe when Cambias said he didn't kill Dixie, maybe he didn't. Maybe she was never really dead, which would make the whole mess another one of David's devious tricks.

NO NO NO!! She's dead--twice--leave her that way! Sorry, I liked Dixie back in the day but let's move on and let her rest in peace once in for all!!

I'd love for Dixie to come back as well but I doubt that'll happen. In a recent interview Cady stated that she wouldn't be interested in a long-term contract but she'd at least come back for several episodes kinda like she did when she was haunting Adam. Although I still hope she reconsiders.

Please make my day! If she comes back I'll actually watch the show again. I haven't Tivo'd this show for months. I'm still waiting for Brooke's return as well.
