That's what I want to know why did'nt Zack or David see who shot Stewart if they were both facing the terrace door's when Kendall droped the gun those 3 were the only ones that were pointing a gun from what we saw then Kendall droped the gun and ran when the shot was heard everyone else was outside this s/l is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO STUPID I really hope it ends this week but I'm not going to hold my breath because I might be the next dead person before it's over if I do |

Probably when Dr. 'feelgood about himself' gives Adam a drug that isn't FDA approved to tell what he knows about the murder of his brother. Probably then, while everyone's around him, will hear the true story finally. That could take us until Christmas at this rate! |

Sure, they showed three guns being held by three different hands during the time of the shooting; but we know that the three WE SAW with the guns were not the actual shooters. So I'll say that David slithered back into the tunnels and didn't see anything. However, ZACH stood there the whole time. Notice how Emma never mentioned seeing him. She claims to have seen Kendall though. So why does Emma tell everybody that she saw Kendall, but Zach DOES NOT ask, "Why didn't she see me too?" Yeah, she lied, but it's a lie that someone should have caught on to, rather than just assuming Annie brainwashed her. |

MissChef, you are right about the night of the murder. There are so many missing pieces but I hope you don't really expect to have all this make sense in the end. That whole story line reminds me of the series, Lost. The writers just kept digging that hole they're in and I think their solution is going to be ignore, ignore, ignore. Too bad for us. I don't expect, as I'm sure most viewers don't expect, every story line to be too realistic because it would be boring. But it's such an insult to us when they dond't bring these story lines to an acceptable conclusion. We can only hope. |

I can't remember, but they DID get back to it. I believe he was paying that guy he was working with at Oak Haven, or something like that. Basically buying info and special privileges. I think it was something writers threw together because it slipped their minds, and they thought it slipped ours as well. |

Jody I saw the promo today and that picture that Emma drew of a man pointing a gun looks so much like Scott, because of the way she drew the hair (spikey) Adams hair is waving. I can only think Scott thought he was shooting Adam, but that doesn't make much sense, becasue he seems to be acting so nice to Adam, unless it's all an act and his plan is to hurt Adam, by taking Annie away from him. Maybe I'm wrong, just my thoughts. |

But as CT and others here stated, the long, dragging out of the story gave us all a chance to figure it out. Now, what I wanna see is the following list of questions answered: Who threw the water in JR's face? Was it Erica or Liza, or BOTH, Erica and Liza, OR, Erica, Liza and a THIRD woman creeping around the mansion? Erica and Liza both had on black heels, and they both admitted they were there. The mystery of hiding their faces made no sense if they admitted they were there. Why didn't Zach see the REAL killer since he stood there the whole time? He was facing Kendall and even told her that he saw her. Why didn't he see her drop the gun and run? Moreover, why didn't he see the REAL killer? Who knocked on the doctor's door right before he "appeared" to have comitted suicide? And who killed Dixie? We can assume it was Adam, since CT reported he killed Stuart. But did he kill Dixie too? THESE questions I hope writers answer for us, rather than assume we won't remember these things. I think Tad through the liquid in JR's face and it appeared me a third woman running through the living area when Ryan arrived and she had on light colored heel shoes. I am still puzzled about the doctor but I posted that maybe Scott did it, but I think Scott was on the phone with him when there was a knock on the door, only for Scott to go there and find him dead. Everyone including Jesse forgot about that investigation. |

It was stated that the killer would be mentioned today, OCTOBER 23.....the only person who was fingered as the killer, was ADAM. I don't understand all the guesses about Zach and Scott anymore. Yes, I had three people on my list, and they were, Zach, Scott and Adam. Emma named Adam. |
