jesse most corrupt chief ever?

Well, my question is, if he's covering for everyone in PV...why even be a cop? He rarely makes an arrest, or do anything else related to real police chief work. Natalia takes being a cop more serious than he does. Again, Jesse is one of my favs, but come on...stop with ruining his character already. |

I totaly agree with you miss chef they have really ruind Jessie I expected so much more from this character when they brought him back but the writters have really screwed him up I think they need to get new writters when they go to Cal if not before because I dont know if this soap is going to make it soooooo sad

Didn't it all start because he protected Randi? They should have been honest and investigated that properly, but the truth is always too easy on these shows. They never think anyone would believe them, so they lie and get deeper and deeper in to where no one SHOULD believe them. |

Why even be a cop if you are not going to do cop work? I REALLY miss Chief Frye, Now. This makes me wish he would come back. Chief Frye was clean. He showed no favoritism, and he had a STRONG sense of right and wrong and truth and justice. If you were his friend, he would still put you in jail. If you were his enemy, he would NOT set you up or allow others to set you up. And nobody could ever black mail him because he was ALWAYS in the right side of the law. I want Chief Frye back. Jesse could still be a vigilante or PI. He just shouldn't be a cop if he's not going to take it seriously. He should be either a vigilante PI bounty hunter I think Natalia take her cop duties more seriously than her father. |

I really like Jesse and can't wait until he can get out of this mess and focus on both marriage doing his job accurately. |

Cookie, Jesse is no longer the upstanding cop he use to be; he's Zach's personal flunky, lackey, lapdog, etc. and it really makes me sick!!!  Zach talks to him like a dog, punches him, etc. Even if the writers manage to find a way to undo the damage they've done to his character, it won't make a difference to me...he's stooped too low to be redeemed; a strong Black man turned into a punk by a wannabe Godfather! disgusting!!
