I turned the show off rite after this sick-o mother told her child that she must lie and she had to pretend to be sick. As a law enforcement man you have no idea how horrid child abuse is to a man of law. I just read the Updates and not sure if this turned or not.

you are so right, for annie to do that to emma is about as low as a mother could get, short of physical abuse.and thank you for keeping us safe lawman.

i wonder how emma feels that she is acting but knows she should not do that in real life. hope she turns out ok as she is only 7///. the writers have hit a new low.

I always said...Annie is NOT crazy; she's simply a woman scorned. I don't care what she does to Ryan or Erica, but to coach Emma into faking a coma, along with other lies is just sickening.

ButRyans behavior isn't abuse? WHatever!! If that man paid as much attn to his children as he does a certain body part I'd be suprisd!!
Anyone remember the book Annie made for her daughter? She's a good mom just a little confused at the moment!!

I agree Misschef Annie isn't crazy at all. She is out of control right now and not acting the slightest bit right but she is in full control over her emotions. She is backed in a corner and sees no way out but to keep this secret. She doesn't think she will be able to get Emma on her own without Adam help but doubt she feels Adam will still marry her once the truth comes out. She is so terrified of the truth coming out she has no idea how much damage she is doing to her little girl. How can you teach a child it is okay to fake a coma and lie to your daddy and everyone else in town. Not good parenting at all but like I said Annie is completely backed in a corner and sees no other option. I can't stand what they have done to this character but I used to like Annie so I hope in the very near future they begin to repair her character at least for Emma sake.

Annie put her daughter through heck when she kidnapped her, almost killed when the church caught fire, lied to her, now making her to keep a secret! Ryan is trying to force her to tell him what her wants to hear-Annie killed Stuart. Emma should be place in a temporary foster home until she is emotionaly stable. That poor child has been through enough! I think Emma found the gun laying on the floor, picked it up, Annie grabbed it from her and it went off killing Stuart. A true accident, not a murder.

Every little girl wants their mother. She is happy to have her back. She is to young she will trust her mother.

Well isnt it just exactly what happened to Annie. Richie mad her believe lies and look how she turned out. You teach what you know.
