From today's episode, it looks like Scott is the killer.
He kept going on and on about how the biggest danger to Adam is him. and that as long as he keeps his mouth shut everything will be okay.

So, from that, it seems as if Scott is the killer.

Oh My God that can't be true how could Scott kill his father it's impossible but u could also be rite. But no ways i can't believe it. I think it's either Adam,or Annie. Poor Emma she will need lots of therapy she is so young going through this.

I don't think Scott could have held it in this long if he was the one that killed Stuart...he would have cracked up.
If it was Adam I am not sure Scott wants to bring him "to justice".

I don't think Scott did it, it's not like he's had memory loss since that nite and Annie reminded him. He's covering for Adam.

Scott knows that Adam killed Stuart and it's hard for him to be around him w/out possibly blurting something out! He doesn't know HOW to feel about Adam! I think he knows inside that Adam definitely didn't do it on purpose, he LOVED his brother; but at the same time, he IS po'd about it and doesn't know quite what to do! So now he's gonna turn into a drunk!!!

It makes absolutely no sense that Scott would be the killer. With Annie protecting the killer, why would she protect Scott? When the murder happened he was a new character on the show. Annie had no ties to him. If anything, he was a threat to some of the money she'd be getting as Adam's wife. (Adam wanted to give some of the company to Scott) He sure seems to be taking it lightly that no one believes Kendall is the killer and that Annie is. Even if there's no proof of it yet, shouldn't it be more difficult for him to be around Annie when there is so much suspicion of her? The writers are simply doing a terrible job at these story lines and there is no getting around it.

if it wasn't annie then it was christel. it sounded like her voice and that blue leather buckle braclet.
but who had that braclet on there wrist.
