I just talked to my recruiter a few days ago, and it looks like I would be heading to basic training on Oct. 13th, if I could get my weight down.

I have been struggling with keep my weight the right limit. Good news is. I only need to lose 1 lb to be in the right bracket. I mean, I am 1 lb over my max weight. So, it looks like I would be heading for basic on the 13th.

However, I keep gaining muscle instead of losing weight. =(

Normally that's good. But if I'm not in the right weight bracket then I can't go to basic.

Anyway, if you don't hear from me in about 3 months. I am NOT being rude. I am just gone. If I was leaving for good, I would let you know.

And when I get back from basic, I am counting on you guys to catch me up
