All My Children - MESSAGE BOARDS

I am so tired of his bullying character. He goes around punching whomever he wants, cops included, and gets away with it. He punched Zack twice and Zack didn't hit him back, regardless of the reason. He needs someone to punch the hell out of him and set him straight. I am sick of the character and would love to see him lose Emma to Annie, have Greenlee come back and have no feelings for him whatsoever. Either all that or redeem him a little.

I'm tired of Ryan's paranoia, his extreme need to protect everyone around him, and how this repeatedly brings him to blows with someone. Enough already! The dude should be in prison or psych ward by now!

The writers also feed him the same lines ad nauseum to the point where I already know what he's going to say before he even opens his mouth. Wash, rinse, repeat. The character has become predictable and boring. Not even a romance with Erica can save him at this point...which, by the way, I find absolutely gross considering his history with her daughter and her daughter's best friend. Eew. The second they show up on-screen, my finger hits FF on the remote.

I just can't take Ryan the way he is now anymore. I'm dying to see everyone around him realize that he's the crazy one, not Annie.

Let me do it please!!!!!!!!!!!! My favorite episode so far has been during the mardi gra ball when Kendall halled off & slapped him. Sometimes when I have had too much Ryan I replay that episode and laugh my butt off.

They need to write an nice story ending for Ryan...He is a character with no where to go. He lacks the ability to act in any other capacity other than a raving madman! There needs to be a few new good men added to AMC.
