It has been confirmed that the following cast members will NOT be moving to L.A.

Thorsten Kaye-Zach
Alicia Minshew-Kendall
Susan Lucci-Erica

However, they have agreed to fly back and forth for taping. Basically, they're not leaving the show....they're just not moving to L.A. Producers agreed to their back-n-forth decision because they did not want to lose key characters.

Wahoo, didn't want Zack to leave
and can't see anyone else playing Erica. So thank goodness they are staying

VI (David) will also be staying with AMC, but he'll also commute (which did for almost two years while he was on Y&R), so I'll still have a show to watch!

Darn...I was hoping maybe we would get lucky and get rid of whiny Kendell and whiny Ryan....Oh well at least Zach is staying!!

Oh Yay. this show is nothing much without Zach.

Alicia Minshew will have to do alot of pre-recording then. She's a few months pregnant and in her last trimester I'm sure isn't going to be flying all those hours on a plane and be far away from her obstetrician and family! I would imagine they can film her scenes a few months in advance.

Thank god Zach and Kendall are staying, without them I wouldn't of had a reason to watch AMC anymore. I'm glad they have worked something out to stay. Zendall is my only reason for watching.

I read on another site that the actors that are willing to commute fron NY to LA will need to pay their own expenses to get there, ABC unwilling to pay for travel. So unless they move, don't think their characters will last very long.

I read TK & AM are not moving west.

TK is going to OLTL
AM is going to be a stay at home mom.

I'm glad TK and AM are staying maybe they can be Zendall again!
