Emma insists she did not kill Stewart, but is ready to spill her guts, but she wants to do it her way.
Annie learns her fate. In a surprising move, Ryan gets up on the stand and tells the judge that Annie has suffered enough, and shouldn't serve any additional jail time. The judge, already being told what to do by Adam, agrees, and Annie is a free woman, on the condition that she go to six months of outpatient treatment. Annie thanks Ryan for his testimony, but Ryan says just because she doesn't have to go to jail, doesn't mean her ordeal is over.
Scott informs Ryan that he will not help Ryan out Annie. Back at the Chandler mansion, Aiden does some snooping and finds a tape. What's on the tape stuns Scott, who wants Annie gone. Annie black mails Scott into keeping his mouth shut in front of Adam.
JR continues his chemo treatments. Marissa continues to be at JR's side, and in fact, shaves his head. Adam thinks JR has gone off the deep end, but Marissa sets him straight.
Liza sees Kendall is not in jail, and flips out. Kendall confronts Liza and her liplock on Zach. Liza clamins she's over Zach, and storms out. Zach comes home and the two have an honest and straightforward talk about where they both are in their relationship. Zach tells Kendall he loves her, and the two draw a little bit closer to each other.
Krystal wants tad and her to try to get back what they've lost, but Tad balks, but together, they try to talk some sense into both Jake and Amanda. But Jake and Amanda aren't listening.
Angie notices that Brot and Natalia are getting quite chummy with each other. In fact, both of them win the dance marathon.
Madison tries to make a deal with Angie with regards to Randi. Will Angie take it??
Trouble comes to Liza in the form of Bailey, who wants her baby back.
Ryan and Erica go through the ups and downs of a budding romance.

Aiden Turner was said to be "shocked" about being released. On his website, he thanked his legion of fans, and hopefully will turn up somewhere in the near future.
Sources close to the situation claim that Rebecca Budig is not ready to return to AMC as has been previously reported.
AMC is hotly going after Marj Dusay in some capacity, possibly back as Vanessa.
