I knew it ! Hey no matter what you feel about Annie she was telling Ryan the truth yesterday ! It makes perfect sense ! She is a mom who would do anything for her kid ! THe writers have put us on the tracks or want us to believe someone else did it but it was Emma !

You are in for a real surprise....because Emma is not the killer. The REAL killer is to be revealed later on. Why would writers be so stupid to release this info this early?

Emma and Annie KNOW it was Adam. All you have to do is LISTEN to Annie when she tells Emmas, "Never tell anybody what you SAW that night." She never tells Emma anything about what she DID...does she?

Adam was in a drug induced state, and he saw Stuart as "himself." He shot Stuart, thinking he was killing "himself." Hence, "I must die for what I have done.." Annie and Emma saw it, but if they talk, then Annie's free ride with Adam and all his money will come to end.

Simple. This was figured out months ago.

Sorry, TraumaDoc, but you are off base here. Where to start:
1. With the move from NY to CA, the killer's identity has been pushed from September to December. No way AMC would reveal the killer...yet.
2. Emma is a 7-year-old girl. If she shot the gun the bullet hole in the terrace window would be several feet lower than what we saw. Even dopey Jesse, as police chief, would have concluded a child did it when he saw the bullet hole. The shot is consistent with someone Kendall's height or taller.
3. I am not aware of soap operas making children killers. Unless AMC wants to push the envelope in the most reprehensible way I have ever seen, they will not make a first-grader a killer, even by accident.

I watched the murder again on YouTube, and I've stated this since the beginning, that the bullet hole was too high up for someone Emma's height to have shot it. Even if she aimed it high, the hole (when analyzed) would still reflect that the killer was much shorter. Plus, it happened way too fast. One minute, Emma is standing behind Zach as he has his gun aimed at who he thinks is Adam. The next scene, we see Kendall, and David. Emma then, turns to run, and she did not run out the front door and around the house, etc. Next, Kendall runs, and moments afterwards, Stuart is shot. Also, this scene was merely INJECTED later on. When you watch the video of the May 15, 2009 murder of Stuart, you will not see Emma in the scene in which she was standing behind Zach. We only saw Tad standing off to the side watching Zach as he pointed the gun. Emma NEVER mentions that she saw Zach either. Which is why I'm still not ruling him out as a suspect either.

Hey, as a side note...who did Kendall trip over when she ran from the terrace? I believe you said it was David, but did you say that because you actually saw this on Youtube or are you making a hypothesis based on other information? And most imortantly..is it even important that somebody was hiding in the bushes?

if what i found out is true than annie nor emma nor adam is the killer, but someone you least expect
