For all of you still saying the killer is Emma, you obviously didn't see the episode last week when they showed Emma cover her ears while SOMEONE ELSE shot a fire.

Also, for those of you who keep talking about the woman in the black dress with hills, it's Erica. A while back when Erica and Kendall were talking about Erica being there, she had a flashback and talked about what she was doing there while they showed her in the high heels. Now that doesn't mean it wasn't her, but do you really think she would let her daughter go to jail for her?

As for Zach, same question. Do you actually think he would let Kendall go to jail for him?

As for Ryan, I don't think he would want the mother of his child to be in jail...wait... he wanted Annie in jail. But Kendall did nothing to him so I don't think he would let her take the fall for him.

As for Aidan, you never know, but I think he cared about any too much to let her be accused anyway.

As for Annie, hmm... I don't think she is the Killer because for one, it would be too easy. It's obvious she knows who did though.

It's been said that the Killer is someone who has already been questioned. It Adam has been questioned, I think it's him. That's why Annie won't tell because if he went to jail, she would have no one "powerful" by her side that could get her out of her mess.

Another reason why I think the killer is Adam is because if it was someone else, especially someone Annie doesn't like, don't you think she would have blackmailed them somehow. But she knows that if she told Adam that he did it, he would probably turn himself in since that is his brother and he would feel bad.

I could be wrong, but I don't think it could be anyone else.

Before I post, I always verify my postings by thoroughly researching the episodes on YouTube. This is what I found:

BOTH Liza AND Erica had almost matching outfits. Both black...both with black heels. It could have been either one of them since they BOTH admitted to being there, and we never saw the face of whomever was walking about, or who threw the water in JR's face.

Aiden is NOT a suspect. He, Opal and Krystal were outside when the gun went off. Krystal ran from the mansion after JR arrived with a gun pointed at Adam. As she ran, she stumbled upon Opal and Aiden. Few seconds later, the gun went off. The camera was still on those three. Unless Aiden has a twin....we can rule him out.

As for Zach...who knows what to make of him? If writers can turn Jesse, a GOOD cop, into one who covers up murders and helps plant drugs in Hayward's house, who's to say what writers will NOT do to Zach's character? It has never made sense to me how Zach could be facing Kendall, and they BOTH admit to seeing one another...yet, Zach never told the cops conclusively that, "NO, my wife didn't do it because I was facing her, and I saw her drop the gun a run." Everybody can tear apart my Zach theory, but yet, come up no answers to how it's even possible for him to not see Kendall when she ran off, OR, the person who picked up where she left off. Realistically, Zach should have seen the killer!

Keep close watch out for Adam; Scott, Zach and David. Those are your top suspects.

So much of this mystery is now revolving around which actors are making the move to LA. Originally, Charles Pratt said the killer would be identified in September, and if you watch the recent scenes closely, Adam is being alluded to as the killer. But these scenes are shot 2-4 weeks BEFORE they are aired, and the writers CURRENTLY have the knowledge that Zach/Thorsten Kaye is not moving to LA, so watch for the killer to change from what we originally thought!
Now that Pratt has said the murder will not be resolved until December, this opens up the possibility for any actor not making the move to become a suspect/killer. I agree that Zach has moved from a ridiculous potential suspect to a very good possibility!

I don't think you are a fool for contemplating the fact that a major character (Zach) will be gone come this January (when AMC moves to LA) and the murder will allegedly be resolved in December! The timing works!
If I had to make a money bet, I don't think Zach did it. But the possibility still exists it could be anyone! One of the beautiful things about bad writing is many angles have been created with a lot of unanswered questions. So these dopey writers can now do what they want and say "Hey, we showed you this three months ago"... even if they showed dozens of things that go unanswered. I am expecting a disappointing ending to this murder fiasco.
So a side question for all of you: Who is NOT making the move to Los Angeles? These people are the new suspects!
