Okay guys, here's the scoop in my own words:

For all of you who claim the killer is Emma....hmmm, you might wanna hold off. Annie confesses to Ryan that Emma shot Stuart. Since the killer will not be revealed 'til closer to Christmas, there is no way writers (Charles Pratt) are going to give us this piece of "important" information. Emma is DEFINITELY a key witness, but HIGHLY UNLIKELY to be the killer.

Now, back in Looney Land with Madision...

Jesse confronts her with what he knows. Still she refuses to leave the Hubbards alone. She has incriminating evidence that suggests Randi killed her husband. Gee, imagine that, Jesse. Madison SAID she destroyed the tapes and he simply took her word. Wow.

Well, Madison uses this to blackmail Frankie into divorcing Randi so that he could be with her. What a real..."B-word." Randi foolishly tells Frankie that he should give in. What? Are you kidding me? This comes after Madison threatens to commit suicide. Hmph...I vote for the suicide, but since I'm not the writer, Madison lives. Bummer!

But wait...what's this??? Randi and Madison will have a showdown! That's right! Randi gets tired of this little tramp making trouble, and decides she's going to grow a backbone and fight for her man! You go Randi! Now, if you can just give Jake a backbone....

Speaking of Jake, David shocks everyone by allowing Jake to come to Wildwind to see Amanda AND Baby Trevor. Everyone thinks it's a trick and are taking extreme precautions.

Now, for Ryan and Erica....I hate to break this to everyone, but Erica and Ryan will spark up a relationship. Yes, it's official...instead of "JERICA," (Jack & Erica) we'll get RYERICA. Cougar Kane has clenched her claws on the young cub. Disgusting!

Now, for the Zach, Liza and Kendall triangle...Aiden knew all along that Zach busted Kendall out of the joint. He somehow, "managed" to see and talk to the look alike who's in prison in Kendall's place. Um...they don't have audio recordings in prison anymore, where they record all conversations between visitors and inmates? Eventually, Kendall will be found out and will go on the run. Maybe this may be the give away. I'm guessing. It would be highly dumb of writes to allow us to believe Aiden and the fake Kendall in jail did NOT have their conversations recorded. Writers...please fix this up and make it believable. I love Kendall, but I hate unrealistic crap as well.

More on that later...back to Kendall and Zach; Liza is shocked when she finally comes face to face with Kendall, wondering how the heck she got out of jail so fast. Don't know how Kendall worked her magic, but Liza will AGREE to help her and Zach! Yes, for all you Kendall haters who says that she, Jesse and Zach should go to jail for the breakout stunt, you can add Liza AND Aiden to the list. They both join in the fight to keep Kendall hidden. Of course this won't last long.

Zach and Aiden become buddies. Yep...they're going to "team up." What this means, I don't know yet.

Lastly, for those who have created a murder suspect list...you might wanna add Scott, just in case. He's too wishy-washy. One minute, he's reading Annie the Riot Act, accusing her of being up to no good. The next minute he's hell bent on protecting her from people who are accusing her of doing the same thing.

Hmmmm.

I thought the murder would be solved this fall. This is getting old.

This thing has been changed so many times already! First it was late August, then sometime in September, then sometime this Fall and now it's near Christmas?

Do you think perhaps Father Clarence will work his magic this year on Jesse and the PV police department and tell them "Who Done it"? *lol*

One more "spoiler" I forgot to add to this....

Writers are contemplating on a Colby and Pete relationship too. I think they make a cute couple, but this is not a surprise. The only surprise is, why did it take THIS long? We saw this in the making last year. LOL

I've read other spoilers and the way I understand is that Randi will "allow" Frankie to dance with Madison. I think divorce talk will remain between Madison and Frankie. I want my Frandi to have more than 2 eppys of happiness for once. GOSH!!

When Jr and Scott went to view "Adam's" body and discoverd it was Stuart, I thought Scott and Jr looked really suspicious. Like they killed the wrong brother. But oh well, I've lost interest in who killed Stuart so this can drag out until next year and I couldn't care less.

Thanks for the spoilers, MissChef. I couldn't stop laughing. I've decided that the writers' current goal is to kill this show before it moves to LA. Everything is being done on the cheap - from the cheesy dance marathon in a cheesy location to the recycled scripts. Every day is the same as the day before. This dance marathon will probably last 2 weeks and they wrote one script for it that they shot over and over to show each day. Madison and Kendall creeping around the place with NO ONE seeing them; Ryan and Zach verbally attacking Annie each day; Jake, Amanda and Ryan sparing each day; etc. It's the "same old, same old" day in, day out.
Hey, ABC and AMC, I have a real cost saver for you - fire your expensive but creativity-challenged writers and hire some of us. We could write real nail biter scripts that would keep people glued to their sets.
Since Ryan will bed anyone who looks at him, I don't think the Ryan/Erica thing will last very long. After that he'll probably have sex with Amanda - there'll be a baby but we won't know who the father is - followed by Krystal, then Colby, then Opal - oh, and lets not forget Rachel. They'll all end up pregnant so he can go around beating his chest and screaming about "protecting his children." That way the show can recycle all their old scripts and get years' worth of shows from them. Maybe they should start having Ryan live in a tree house and swing from vines. He can scoop up unsuspecting females, while screaming his Tarzan-like yell, pull them back to his lair, have sex with them - which will produce a baby - then go on to the next one. "Me Ryan, you my sex object." hahaha.

My apologies for not making it clear about the Randi and Frankie divorce thing.

They are NOT getting divorced. Madison is only blackmailing Frankie into the divorce, but of course this won't happen.
