It's not making sense to me that he saw Kendall on the terrace but never could tell cops CONCLUSIVELY that she didn't do it because he saw her run. I'm starting to think he really did it. Plus, when she (after numerous black outs) remembered NOT shooting Stuart, and she told Zach, he had a very strange look on his face.

Seems stupid, but isn't that how writers have become?

No. It's not Zack. Remember? He CONFESSED to protect Kendall. He did Everything he could to protect Kendall and try to make it look like he did it. Plus, Zack wanted to kill Adam on the forehead. He has an opportunity to kill him at the doorway. Why would he move from the doorway to outside just to kill Adam?

I HOPE that Madison did it. But that's just because I don't like her. If they bring Babe back, then she could have done it, but would probably only spend like 5 months in prison. Adam is who I think done it.

I think that now, everybody believes it's Adam. But the writers could be somewhat creative and let it Madison or that woman that Annie was irritating. Patricia? I think. Like Adam's cook? But all signs point to Adam, since he would be somebody that nobody would expect.

At this point I really don't care who did it just let us know already. does any one know when we will find out err this is going on forever and it is getting on my last not wanting to watch nerves. I keep saying I am gonna stop watching but I have been an AMC fan for so long that I just keep coming back! again does anyone know when we will find out? thanks

I agree, Fron's is letting this storyline just linger that is his M.O. I am sure that it will depend on which actors relocate. A few months ago, I heared that Thorsten Kaye was going make to OLTL, as Patrick, if this is so, they may come up with some weak end to this.
I did think that Adam did it, and then question the fact that Emma did it. But, who knows were this will end up. I have seen so many great storylines , either just disappear or just end up with a lame end. Take a look at Fron's way of
closing a sroryline, and not having any clue on what to do

Didn't Ryan or someone metion that if Zach was the killer his guilt over killing an innocent man especially Stuart would keep him in jail? Something like that. Since Emma was behind Zach she would have noticed him going outside. Wouldn't Annie roll over on Zach in a heart beat because he helped take Emma away from her. Zach may be a lot of things, hot being one of them. But he isn't a cold blooded killer. This murder was cold blooded. That's just not Zach, then again, with these writers, one never knows. It will probably be someone obscure, and not a main character. I still don't understand the SUIT part, and why Stuart was wearing a suit, very unlike Stuart. Can someone explain that?

Treester- You don't know Zach. He can be cold blooded, but only when you cross him. He was on his way to kill Richie in cold blood; except Annie beat him to the punch. He shot Josh too. He just got lucky when Josh made it appear as though he would kill Reese. Remember, Zach was going to kill him for stealing. He also went to kill "Adam," but it turned out to be Stuart, in which someone beat him to the punch there.

I was just throwing a name out there because it doesn't make sense that Zach and Kendall admitted to seeing one another there, but Zach somehow "blurred out" the part where Kendall runs away. If I'm facing you, even if I'm looking at someone else, my peripheral vision should still be able to pick up on any other movements. But this wasn't even peripheral; I mean, she was standing right in the line of vision AND the line of fire! I guess writers will remember this little foul up later, and make it out to be that Zach blacked out just like half the people there that night. When writers aren't intelligent enough to create something that makes sense, they just use the ol' "I don't remember because I blacked out..." line. So far, Tad; Kendall; Adam; have used it. Zach will be next so that he could explain not seeing Kendall run.

I wrote in another thread that Zach may be the killer. Here is what I have written, so give me your thoughts:

"I read somewhere that Zach has another secret. Maybe he did shoot and killed Stuart and pretended to confess to protect Kendall? Maybe he is helping Kendall because he knew all along that she did not kill Stuart because he did it. I am also still wondering about the third?? woman running around the mansion. If it comes out that a man killed him, why go through all the fuss of hiding the women like that??"

He really has been acting strange, still a little smooth which is what I love about him. I liked the way he looked at Ryan and told him yesterday something like "that is exactly what I am doing!" HAHA. That darn Kendall is a trip!! I mean she calls Zach's mobile number not realizing that Liza will answer - Liza is nozy in the first place, is not his woman and had no reason to pick it up out of his jacket or whatever to answer. Liza looks at the screen and does not see "restricted call", "unknown call", "private call", "the dam prison", and looked kinda surprised to see a number or whatever. Maybe Zach has that cell phone number locked in as Kendall??? Well she answers it anyway and I bet she may think about it today or early next week. There is no way that Kendall can call him directly from a private phone at the prison (please let me know if prisoners have this priviledge). Even if she called collect from a pay phone, Zach could not have the number saved in the cell phone because she could possibly call from a different phone next time, the pay phone numbers may be blocked at the prison, etc. Kendall is so wacky and letting her feelings get in the way, she just immediately orders Liza to put her husband on the phone. All she had to do is just simply hang up the phone after Liza answered. Does Liza know that Kendall has a jealousy problem with her, and who in the hell was suppose to be watching little Ian while Zach and Liza dance? They are not worried that people will ask who is at home with the baby. Also, Kendall is just an overgrown spoiled brat!! Zach could have just sent a nice donation because he did not have a sitter. These folks are just so irresponsible and do not know how to stay at home sometimes with their children. I am all over this now as this thread is just to discuss the possible killer, but I had to vent, whew!

Ya know I bet Annie would keep her mouth shut for Jonathan. He was always good to her!! I noticed when the show really started making ryan into and arse(right around when he got hit in the head) Jonathan was nowhere to be found!! So it could work(especially as the actor who played him is outta work now thanks to the producers of GL) Could be interesting!!
And as for Zack he'll get back to OLTL just in time to ride in as Patrick Thornheart, just as Marty looses John(now that the crisis is over and she is no longer a damsel in distress he'll be on for greener pastures, and I do hear interesting thigs about Jared so Nat could soon use a shoulder(Good grief please not again he was such an arse last time)and we all know he'll have to fix it for her!!
I don't care who did it as long as Annie is cleared and I really hope that Ryan and his merry band of criminals show enough class to apologize after theyy've made Annie's life hell for over a year!!

I think that little Emma did it on an acadent thats why Annie was telling her that acadents are acadents and Annie was telling Ryan she had Emmas best interest in mind

Nas..I agree with you 100%. The killer is Emma, I thought about that awhile ago. It was an accident, Annie's covering for her daughter & protecting her.
