Why would Erika have a multimillion dollar fund raiser in the office of Fushion rather than a nice hotel or hall? There can't be much tv coverage in such a small place -- where would the cameras be? The office fits about 20 people and certainly isn't decorated for such an event. How the heck are these every day people going to raise that kind of money? They should've done something more like the Crystal Ball they used to have at Wildwind. Would have been beautiful to watch, too. No one is even dressed up in dance costumes or anything. The writers could have made this quite an event for viewers to watch.

Oh, yeah, my mistake. I wonder why things that are so obvious to the viewers completely never occur to the writers. Oh, yeah, my mistake, again. Well, I haven't given up hope yet, so I'll hang in there for now.

Auntie,

And why did writers write in babies and kids at a place that serves alcohol? Colby brought in Emma, but Opal took her home, and now some chick has Amanda's baby there. I know that nobody's drinking alcohol, but you've got horny adults there bumping and grinding on one another, like Frankie and Randi; and then in one scene, there was Jesse smacking Angie on the butt. Again, why would writers even have kids allowed here?
Lastly, GET TO THE FREAKING MURDER MYSTERY!!! They're running out of ideas, and instead of throwing in the towel and giving viewers what they want, they give us......

You guessed it....

A dance-a-thon...

How pathetic of writers?

This is one of the dumbest stories of all time, without a doubt. Like Erica can't afford somewhere decent to have a benefit. Doesn't everyone take their kids to bars? HOW STUPID IS THIS SHOW.

Well they have to do something with the set of Fushion. They certainly not using it any business anymore. No one seems to be working at Fusion. I thought Fushion wasn't doing too well, about to go belly up. Maybe the extra publicity will help Fushion.

With all the millionaires and billionaires in the room it seems to me that they could write a check directly to the children instead of asking regular working people to send in money that is already short to begin with. If Adam wrote a check for two million for example, how many thousands of people would write a hundred dollar donation to equal that?
AMC has always asked us overlook small things and that is what give the show it's charm. Maybe the writers can put up a disclaimer saying that they are in the middle of a move and do not want to make another set.:)

What I would like to know is...

Why do they have Petey and Colby there with the stupid "I gotta pee" story, instead of making it cute.
He is always professing his undying love to Colby, and this could have been his big chance with her.

That poor kid has been dancing for two days worth of shows and all he can talk about is.."I gotta pee"

WTH? *lol*

Do you remember the first day and seeing David Hayward dance? It looked like he was having a heart attack and should call a paramedic. I just assumed that Pine valleyan's danced that way.

Yes that was funny, I felt sorry for him. And how stupid was Jessie & Angie's dance, him smacking her butt

LOL I kind of thought the same thing. The whole thing was kind of ridiculous. I did enjoy Tad tho.

I think I'm obsessing on this awful story line -- there's so much stupid stuff involved. For instance, Erica "sprained" her ankle and even though that puts her out of the dancing, why isn't she there? After all, it's her fundraiser. Now, we know she was trying to get Adam out of there but has she forgotten about the kids in Africa already?

But isn't that how it is in real life? When 9/11 happened, how many celebs did we see on tv begging for money for US to donate? Meanwhile, the celebrity doing the commercial cashes a big fat check they got for doing the commercial, and they go right back to their busy lives, partying, drinking, while we who have less are busy writing checks.
