Emma won't go to jail because she's a minor, and Adam won't go because they can say he was on the meds. Now, since Thorsten Kaye does NOT wanna move to L.A., they may make him the killer so he can leave out. Remember, I'm still stuck at how he saw Kendall on the terrace but never could tell cops CONCLUSIVELY that she didn't do it because he saw her run. I'm starting to think he really did it. I agree with MissChef about Zach. I mentioned earlier that is is possible earlier in this thread; scroll up and write if you think my theory is correct, hmmmmm. I also tried to look at the scenes again when Stuart was killed and all the black jackets look the same; enough to drive you nuts! |

I agree that it could be Emma that shot Stuart accidently. Annie did tell Ryan that it involved Emma so he should let it go. |

But Emma was referring to the accident and that said that she will not tell what she saw. We have been discussing this for awhile that Emma could not have done it due to her height, etc. I hope that it does not turn out to be her for some strange reason. |

Duh! The third woman running around in high heels - whose face they never show - and who is the one who actually killed Stuart is Nurse Gayle. She was demented enough to think that she was helping poor David get custody of Little Adam by killing off Adam - and got Stuart instead. You will note that they never showed where she was that night. Nurse Gayle as the killer and removed from the show leaves all the major characters there to carry on. Nurse Gayle is the one - even though I wish it were Marissa - would make a MUCH more interesting and intriguing s/l than the retread trash they keep feeding us. I'm looking around for another soap to watch. Y & R is catching my interest. |

Up until now I thought it was Emma. But after reading some posts, Adam seems like a good possibility. It will always be the least obvious person, which is why I thought Emma. Also, hurry up and finish this storyline already. I'm sick and tired of listening to Kendall whine and complain about EVERYTHING when she's lucky to not be in prison! |

Adam told Scott that he has visions of the night of the murder and he sees Stuart fall down as if he was right there with him. It is really looking like Adam could have killed Stuart, but remember that hand and we could not see Adam's shirt sleeve. |

Emma would have to hold the gun HIGHER to aim, in which case, it would have shown in the glass door. But soaps don't think about forensics, so I'll use something else: Emma was BEHIND Zach when he aimed his gun. Emma was also facing Kendall. When Kendall dropped the gun, there is no way Emma ran past Zach AND Stuart in order to get the gun Kendall was holding on the terrace, and she would have been seen by the numerous people running around outside had she ran around to the back of the house. Lastly, Annie told Emma to forget what she SAW. Not what she DID. But Does Annie Know Just What Emma Did See ? Or Is She Assuming Emma Saw Something? |

I believe it was Emma also, she accidentally shot him. This happens all the time it's called life. No reason to stop watching the show. It brings to air what is really going on in our crazy world. |
