Yes, they show the person firing the gun while Emma is reminiscing about that night. The scene lasts all of 2 seconds, but yes, you see a white man's hand firing a gun, and you can see his sleeve is black or navy blue.

IF YOU TAPE THIS SHOW, LOOK AT IT IN SLOW MOTION, THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON WHO'S HAND WILL MATCH THE ONE SHOWN, WELL ACTUALLY THERE USED TO BE A TWIN BOTHER TO THAT SAME HAND.

i think emma did it because if you seen the commercial it for the dancing marathon then they show ryan walking into a room i think it a police station and i saw ryan goes oh my god with his eyes big like he is in shock

basically i say the same thing as levenfan.

Just finish this storyline already..........

is it possible that the person who shot at adam could be the same person who killed the doctor........or that maybe ryan was shocked because jonathan is back?

!) its Emma 10 to 1. annie told her it was an accident and to forget it in today's episode. Emma picked up the gun after Kendall dropped it. Emma ACCIDENTALLY pulled the trigger and shot Stuart.she got really scared and ran. When Annie found Emma she was upset and she probabley told her about what she accidently did. Annie told her to forget that she did/saw. This is the conclusion to the murder of Mr.Stuart Chandler. Here you go the answer that is right and if you re watch the episode of the murder my answer seems fully correct.

Emma may have made it outside, but it happened TOO FAST for it to be HER. She was standing behind Zach. He would have seen her had she run past him to the living room and then out on the terrace. Remember, the gun shot came much to quickly after Kendall dropped the gun, and it came FROM THE TERRACE. Had it been Emma, Zach would have seen her do it. At no point in time did he turn to run. That's why I don't get why he didn't see Kendall run, because he stood there the whole time. Plus, Annie insists on Emma forgetting what SHE SAW...not what she DID. Lastly, a hand was shown shooting the gun and it belonged to a white man, so I don't get why people are hell bent on saying it's Emma, unless they just wanna annoy people with their S.W.A.G.'s

Oh, one more thing...the black jacket sleeve could be David. He wears a black jacket all the time, and he was outside when Kendall tripped over him. But see, writers would have to let the killer be someone who's expendable. Unless David's contract is up, or he's not going to L.A., then HE can be the killer. The reason people are saying it's Adam, is because he has a viable excuse. He was on meds that David prescribed for him that altered his personality and made him forgetful. That's why he can't remember, and this is why the killer is ADAM, who will not go to jail because of the medication.

Doesn't anyone remember that 'Adam/Stewart' was talking to himself just before he was shot? He had said something about 'Paying for all the bad things he has done in the past' or 'I must pay for all the hurt I have caused' (please don't slam me on the exact words). Therefore I could only conclude that Adam was looking at himself (which was Stewart) and shot him.
Also, with the 'flash back' of the hand shooting a gun, it is, without a doubt, ADAM.

But I have to tell you, I am so done with this story line and can someone please give Kendall a better script. The writers are making her look like such a fool.
