According to some sources, the killer is someone that's already been questioned. If this is true, all we have to do now is think back to the list of characters who we saw being questioned...

I believe this is a red herring designed to throw the viewers off. If you think back to the night of the murder, Jesse showed up and accidentally shot Tad thinking he was the killer. So Jesse then started to interrogate everybody in the house. I don't know if you would call this official "questioning" like being asked things at the police station, but A LOT of people were questioned at the Chandler mansion at this point.
I guess the million dollar question is: Adam was hiding with Annie at that point and he was delusional and disoriented. Was he "questioned" that night? I just don't remember...but in keeping with your theory that Adam is the killer (and I think you are right!) we can assume Adam was "questioned" by Jesse at some point, even if we cannot remember when. So, yes, the killer was questioned!

I think I can add something too! If this is correct that Adam is the killer then what Annie said to Emma in the attic that night would definitely fit this theory perfectly. Here goes.... keep in mind that Annie has been using Adam this whole time to keep herself out of prison and he'll keep her out of prison too! That night in the attic Annie told Emma to forget what she saw or she would never be able to see her or be with her ever again. Annie planned from the beginning to use Adam so she had to keep him safe and suspect free so she could use him. Think about it.... if Adam goes to jail for murder.... Annie will have no one to buy lawyers and judges to get her off.

I believe Opal and Aidan were outside the Chandler mansion (with Krystal) when the gun went off, so I am assuming they were questioned too, although since they were nowhere near the terrace when the shot was fired they cannot be suspects.

Unfortunately, so much bloody time has elapsed for the viewers since the murder we cannot remember much! I almost feel like this is being done on purpose so the writers can create what they want and hope we don't notice. As long as the shooter is not Emma, I am good.

I have explained the "Emma Theory" and it turns out that it doesn't look like her. Now if we're gonna get forensics involved, the line of the bullet was much to high for a short person to aim and hit Stuart where he was shot. Emma would have to hold the gun HIGHER to aim, in which case, it would have shown in the glass door. But soaps don't think about forensics, so I'll use something else:

Emma was BEHIND Zach when he aimed his gun. Emma was also facing Kendall. When Kendall dropped the gun, there is no way Emma ran past Zach AND Stuart in order to get the gun Kendall was holding on the terrace, and she would have been seen by the numerous people running around outside had she ran around to the back of the house.

Lastly, Annie told Emma to forget what she SAW. Not what she DID.

Uhhhh I just want this storyline to end already. If Adam really did it I just hope they reveal it cuz honestly it starting to drive me nuts. We need a new head writer and new storylines pronto. And in my letter to Santa this Christmas I'm gonna ask for Stuart to be written in to the show some way or the other.
