Marcy Walker-please PLEASE PLEASE DO NO BRING IN CHARACTERS TO PLAY ORIGINAL CHARACTERS! wE COME TO LOVE or hate this actors... It is just like someone new walking into your house saying Hi I am your new mom!!! It is awful-If they can't get the original acto do not! But you nee to get some of these old original actors back! Noah and julia, hilary & Greg, Remember Nico and cecily... and many more...My mom startd watching the show in the beginning and still does...I was born in 1970 and have always watched... But lately there is not muc to watch..If you lose some of these actors who have made this a family soap, it will not last...You could start getting back some mor originals...NOT someone else playing them though!!! It ruins it...And Why when they are right in NEw york have Hale and Mateo not been back for a funeral, visit or something.... I hope this move doesn't hurt the show more than it is!!

I miss Brook also. I loved her and Edmund togather and I miss him. The writers acted as if there was not way the could be togather after her lieing about Maria, But there are cases on these soaps where he raped her and they ended up married, where one shot the other and still got back to gather. Marcy would have been so good with Ted. SO many of the good ones are gone. I finally stopped watching after 20 yrs. It doesn,t really matter what some of older fans think

I loved Marcy with Ted and still thought they would have been great togather.

There are a lot of charactors that I miss like Tom Cuddahi and Donna Saigo and Benny Saigo. How about Billy Tuggle. He was a real hoot. It would be real nice to see Daisy Courtland back. She was real feisty and quite the charactor. It is funny to think of all of the charactors that have been on AMC since day one. Just nice to remember.

Years ago there was a book written called All her Children and it was so good. Then there is another book by Ruth Warrick, called Confessions of Phoebe Tyler. Another great book for AMC fans of long ago. Does anyone know of any other books of the history of AMC? All the old names listed here reminded me of these books. I can't remember exactly when these two books were written, but I still have the books in my library and they have traveled with me for many years.
