are you kidding me cimpala05,that is the weakest storyline that could ever be if it just whines up being annie,it shows no imagination,and the writers can not be that dull,and if so i am finished with AMC too...everyone thinks its annie already,i hope its one of those holier than thou,hypocrites/bedhoppers that are trying to pin everything on annie including the jimmy hoffa disappearence

Going back a few weeks these are some things that bother me:

1. They repeatedly showed a woman's legs- in a dress- prior to the murder, but never showed who they belonged to. So I think the murderer was a woman.

2. At some point didn't Emma say or maybe on her drawing the lady had red hair. If that is accurate it could only be Liza or Marissa or someone trying to frame Liza.

3. Emma screamed after the gunshot on the phone message Annie left for Ryan- so Annie couldn't have done it, right? Maybe Annie went out and found Emma with the gun, thought she killed Stuart and is protecting her daughter by brainwashing her into thinking Kendall did it. But I don't think Emma did it.

4. The DA had written "The Kid" on that piece of paper Liza et al were looking at recently. "The Kid" is not necessarily Emma. In fact, if "the kid" is not meant to be a mystery why not just write "Emma?" There is also little Adam , or maybe it's a bigger kid- like Colby or Marissa.

5. Where the heck is Aidan?

6. Right before the murder they showed that scene with Alexander Cambias talking about how he didn't murder Dixie. Then Stuart is killed and that storyline seems to have been dropped. Maybe Dixie and Stuarts murders are related somehow? I don't trust Marissa, I think this sweetness and light act is wierd. I keep thinking maybe she is a chip off the old block- David- and there is something going on there. I could envision scenarios where Marissa killed Adam, maybe even Dixie (aiming for Babe.) I know it's a stretch, but I just don't like her.

Anyone consider nurse gayle? she could of been out avenge david, because he lost the custody case. she is nutty and david sent her rt away. just a thought

I really hope its not Annie. I cant stand that she is the only character they try to pin things on.

Hello everyone! I am a new member. I enjoy of all of the comments and questions - it helps with MY questions and confusion. I can't wait to see what the little girl saw!!! (Names) What's up w/the heels - whose?

I think it was Emma... Annie DOES want to (for the most part) protect her daughter, she told Emma to forget what she saw so that Emma wouldn't tell anyone that she accidentally killed Stuart, AND saw him die. Annie had that worried look on her face because she was afraid that Emma told people that she (Emma) killed him.

Besides, if anyone else killed Stuart, they would end up going to jail and not being a part of the story line for a few months... So unless there is member of the cast planning on taking a vacation, they aren't going to jail...

Guess we will all find out next week...

Ok come on I posted weeks ago that Emma is the shooter !!!!! Annie is protecting her and Kendall may or may not tell ! WHo knows ! Am I the only one who thinks this ???

I think it's Adam Chandler who killed his own brother by accident. He was so drugged and paranoid that he must have wandered into the living room, seen the gun and in a paranoic state shoot his brother thinking it was one of his enemies and then he blacked out, not remembering anything. Emma saw this and told her mother. This is the secret they are keeping. Annie doesn't want Adam to remember that night. If he does, he will never forgive himself. Annie doesn't want Adam to go through that heartache because she knows what it will do it him, and she wants him to forget for her own selfish reasons. She wants to make sure her wedding to Adam goes off without a hitch.

i think all bets are off now as far as annie goes. if a mother would set up her little daugher, or even threaten to, i think that says volumes about the person. maybe ryan had a self fullfilling prophecy and annie made it come true. annie is a terrible mom. maybe erica nd annie have more in common then they know.

I think Adam did.

Maybe it was that nurse that works with david. just a guess...
