But I don't think Erica would kill Adam even after the debacle with the heart valve. Yes she was there at the mansion that night but I think half of PV was there  Since it's someone we'd never suspect the only person that the writers would think of could be Adam. He's playing Annie and she's playing him but BOTH for the same reason. She saw him do it, he 'thinks' she saw him do it and she wants to be a Chandler and 'position' in the town so it's a win win for both. Wife can't testify against her husband & they both know it.

I think the killer will be either: Confused Adam Emma (Annie told her to forget what she saw...I know saw is the keyword) Or maybe Aidan (he really does not have a story line) I dont know...just guessing. |

I mentioned in another post that Aiden was outside with both Opal and Krystal when the shot rang and then we see Stuart falling to the floor. I first thought that Aiden may have done it but now after viewing the episode again, I see he was not even close. You are absolutely right the bullet hole is too high for a child to have shot Stuart in that area. |

I don't think so, because how ERica supposed to know that Annie was there. I would think Annie is the killer. OR if not I think it is Scott. |

That shot that was heard on Ryan's answering machine could be the second shot that Jesse fired at the "murderer". Annie could have already taken Emma and Adam to the attic after Stewart was shot, called Ryan awhile later, then you hear that second shot. I was also thinking Aiden or Ryan, a reason that Annie may be acting so strange. Yeah Ryan is trying to put it all on Annie, but Annie may be saving him because she does not want her daughter's dad to go to prison. She appears to put Emma before anything (unlike Ryan) and would not want to see her suffer. Just a thought. I think your right about the answering machine part. I think Adam did it in a weird suicide thing. So, I think Adam killed Stuart. But the fact that Annie called Ryan and they heard a gun shot. It might have been Jesse shooting Tad or something. |

I'm currently going with the theory that Adam killed Stuart - and Annie and Emma witnessed it. That's why Annie took him to the attic and he was crying. That's why she told Emma to forget what she saw. Why would Annie protect Adam? She knows his money and power might get her out of going back to jail, and help her get Emma back. |

Annie always thinks quickly and is ahead of everyone to get her way. It could be Adam but we will see. It is weird how we see the woman walking around and not able to see her from waist up. It was not Erica's dress b/c her dress fit closer around the knees; the other had a little more fabric hanging to the calf area. Other thing is why we were not able to see the person that threw the water or alcohol in J.R.'s face. It appears this person had on a black buttoned shirt. Everyone had one but Zach and David also had blazers (not Ryan b/c he had a shirt underneath, or Scott b/c he had a white shirt under a sweater). It make it appear that the lady walking around or this person with the black shirt or whatever did it since we are not able to see their faces. Also this person seem to have a pattern of some sort near the shoulder area like Tad did (holster?). Enough to drive you nuts. |

However, I believe that Annie is the one that killed Stuart, thinking he was Adam, and her daughter saw it. Either to protect her mother, or because false memories were planted in her head, I think Emma is lying about who she really saw. I truly believe that it was Annie and that Emma has been brainwashed to believe it was Kendall. I just hate to think that AMC is getting ready to make another major mistake...at least in my eyes. First Kendall was in the hospital for months in a coma, and now they're getting ready ready to falsely accuse, convict, and send Kendall to jail. If that happens, I'm done with AMC!!! I cannot stand to see another long drawn out storyline...I've reached my limit!!! Just reveal that Annie was/is the killer, send her straight to jail, and get it over with!!!  Annie didn't have A Reason to Kill Adam. However, Annie saw Stuart and She might have thought that Stuart would Call the Police Either because Annie Escaped from the Hospital OR because Annie had Kidnapped Emma so Annie would Kill Stuart. Another thing is that Alicia who is Kendall is Pregnant in Real Life so They may have Kendall go to Prison while Alicia is having her Baby and Spends A Little Time with her Husband and New Baby. Then, They will Find the Real Killer and Kendall will be Released From Prison and Alicia will come back on the Show. Jody |

This is really confusing. But like CT said, it's somebody that we wouldn't expect...Aidan has been really scarce lately. But I don't see any reason why he would kill Adam.. Aidan didn't Kill Stuart. First of All, Aidan was down by the Gate when the Gun Shot went off. Aidan was with Opal and Krystal. Another Thing is that Aidan might have been Jealous of Adam, but that was Later when Annie was Living at Adam's House. Jody |

Candace, I agree with you, because Adam is the best chance Annie has to get out of going to prision and get her child back. I think Adam did it in his drugged mind thinking like so many others have said that he was killing himself. Annie and Emma saw it and are protecting him. All this of showing two different women in black running around (Erica and Liza) and someone throwing a liquid in JR's face is just to make it suspenseful and keep us trying to figure out who did it. I also agree with whoever said that because of Alicia's pregnacey she will go to jail for the murder and after she gives birth and is ready to come back then Adam will remember that he killed his brother and come forward and she will be released from prision. He will probably not go to jail because he was doped up and in a insane state at the time of the murder. |
