I think that the killer is Liza Colby. Just think about it she could have easily bought a brown wig that has straight hair. And another possible suspect is Erica Kane. Just think about this prospect, she is trying very hard to "prove" that Annie killed him. And the fact that she doesn't like Annie to begin with. And who knows, when they thought that Ian died of that heart valve, she could have been so angry at Adam that she went to the mansion, thinking that Stuart was Adam so she shot him in cold blood. That's my theory, what's yours?????

Knowing the writers will stretch this out for the summer, I am sure there are a lot more twists & turns. Annie was concerned when Emma told her she remembered and relieved when she said it was Kendall. If Annie is not the killer then she knows who did and is protecting them....Adam perhaps? I know Adam was "drugged" but was he messed up THAT much? Maybe this was some wierd suicide thing. I guess if he did do it then we will look forward to his imprisonment and therapy ( for killing his brother). No way he could have done it and realize it now and just be playing it cool.

Does no one remember Annie leaving a message on Ryan's aswering machine that she had Emma and they were safe. *BANG**EMMA SCREAM** Annie couldn't be on the phone leaving a message so Ryan Wouldn't worry about Emma and kill Stuart. Plus, the bullet hole in the glass was way too high for one of the children to have done it.

I don't think it was Annie or kendall but the way Annie reacts talkin about it it was someone she would like to protect, did ya see how she reacted when Emma told her on the phone that she saw who killed Stuart? as if she did it is what it seem like but i say she didn't do it, but who would Annie want to so badly protect? she has no friends really ... hhhmmmm i would say either Emma,Aiden but by the phone call i would say not Emma so dam if i know ...my guess is Aiden

Annie and only Annie. She has killed before so I wouldn't put it past her to do it again. She is so low she has her own daughter lie for her. She's disgusting!!

Annie is too obvious so we can cross her off the list of being the killer. Aiden .. doubt that too. Erica,Ryan,Kendall,Zach too for that matter. Amanda & Jake were at the hospital also that night too weren't they? She was having faults labor I think. I think Emma saw Adam kill Stuart and because she knows how much her mother wants to be with Adam & how much Annie hates Kendall she's acting like her mothers daughter right now. Save her mom & make her happy all at the same time telling folks that Kendall did it. It's something she knows her mother would approve of. Why she drew that picture of Annie holding the gun though is still confusing. I'm sure tptb will explain that when the time comes. Just wish this didn't take so dang long for them to let us know though! The reason I think Adam did it was because David had him so drugged up that he doesn't remember he did it. Annie took him to the attic because she could see a bright future for herself with Adam when she finally tells him that she saw him kill his twin and couldn't stand to see him executed for something he'd never in a million years do. She was doing all this to protect him & he'll be so grateful he'll marry her. ALSO, being his wife she can't testify against him.. that's a bonus point.
