%( Sad to say, I think it's true! But, on the bright side, IF it's true, Adam won't go to prison...any GOOD defense atty will plead "diminished capacity", NOT the same as an insanity plea! Adam's not crazy, but due to David's constant drugging, his state of mind was, indeed, altered, and he had no idea what he was doing; he was trying to defend himself from a killer, saw someone and fired! Then he passed out, and has no memory of what happened! But Annie and Emma know... As I stated in another post, DAVID is directly responsible for this mess, and HE should be tried, convicted, and lose his medical license for good! You think Adam was grieving before, just wait 'til this all comes out...the man will be totally destroyed! Maybe this will explain how David Canary's airtime will be reduced; I hope he doesn't totally leave...he makes AMC watchable! If Eria 'flips' that hair one more time, I'll scream!!
