I remember hearing Liza state to Jesse "he is charged now, when can he leave?" I thought there needed to be an arraignment with a judge to establish bail. After, he can be released. When did Jesse become a judge?I know there are judges in PV, because Liza's judge is better than Ryan's.

Good point and Now if you do or think you've committed a crime the police chief will help you cover it up.
