I couldn't help but laugh/smile everytime I saw her today talking! She is so cute and now that she is starting to 'loose her teeth'...she is priceless............. |

But most of all I'm glad to finally see the writers letting the children talk for them selves instead of the parents talking for them. You know...talking instead of just nodding all the time. What do you think? Anyone.......... |

I think Emma is adorable, mainly because of the lines she speaks. Spike is also adorable and so funny when he baby talks. BTW,is that a hearing aid behind his ear? |

She really is a good little actress!! I recently watched Marley & Me and she was the daughter...she was good in that too. I don't remember when that came out but its been a year or a couple of years? she was younger anyway but her acting was so natural. |

That is a cochlear impant. I read somewhere that the little boy (or I should say boys, because they use twins to play the role of Spike) really does have a hearing problem. Alicia Menschew (Kendall) went to a Cochlear Implant Institute in New York and met a bunch of parents and their children with the same disabilities as 'Spike" has. She wanted to learn more about this little character that was going to be her son......very intersting isn't it? |
