Me too! I love Marissa as an individual: strong-willed, intelligent, yet levelheaded. She's exactly who David needs, giving him the close, loving relationship with his child he's SO longed for! |

I like her and I think she might be the one who gets David to actually have a conscience, maybe not but so far it seems to be the direction she is going in, at least for now. |

I like Marissa too. She is sweet and very common-sense type of person. We can only hope she can soften David up a little because Krystal sure can't!! I don't know if I like her with JR or Scott as yet. |

I like marissa too she is an individual HOWEVER, I would like her more if she like every other female didn't fall for David's manipulations, she is smart and I think it'd be great if she could get david to come around but he's not the innocent victim that she claims him to be...so if she is so level headed when it comes to everything else why can't she be that way with David too? |

I'm sorry but Marissa is very annoying. At first I liked her when she was pissed off with Krystal and David, now she's David's #1 fan. I understand that she wants to get to know her father but doesn't she realize that he pure evil. I hope she soon realize that David is a user and will treat her the same way he treats everyone else if she does something he doesn't like. |

Truth be told its like a circle. David does ban things to people. People do bad things to him. Truth be told, with the WHOLE town gaining up on him, wanting him to hang. David could easily be called the victim. Problem is, he's like a self-made victim. He makes people hate him. Like drugging Krystal. And how she left him and now hates him. or how he keeps taunting Amanda. He is like on self-destruction mode. Kinda like a self-fulfilling prophecy. He believes the whole town hates him, but he makes the whole town hate him. But what are they, not much better. Zack is out for David's blood. Jesse's wife hates David SO MUCH that she broke into his house. David is NO saint. But people who punch him out and tell him not to come to his dead daughter's funeral should not complain about how evil David is. The self-righteousness in PV makes me want to puke. Tad KILLED Gregg Madden, did he not? David poisoned people, at least he never killed anybody. The whole town treats David like crap, then complains about him. Nobody wanted ANYTHING to do with Krystal when she was dating David. David didn't keep her locked up. They had a choice. They became so mean to her simply for dating David. REAL FRIENDS would still be your friends NO MATTER who you are dating. I'm going to paraphrase was one poet said: We are all the devils and we are all tormented. David is NO saint, but the whole town is playing the devil when it comes to him. Breaking into his house. Planting drugs. Wanting to see him in jail for a crime he didn't commit because it will give them a more favorable outcome. But I loved Tad, today. Today, Tad didn't seem so much like a self-righteous hypocrite. He said,"It's not your call to make. She has a choice. Maybe, she can save David. Save him for us all." David turning good would be BORING. But he doesn't need to be so bad. Not when it's self-destructive. I would like to see David married with children. So, he could still be bad and a villain, too. Like Stepheno Demure, evil but close to his family. |

I am annoyed by her character also...I know we're not supposed to post things about their looks, etc...but come on...she's not all that as a character. Kinda boring so far! |

I don't think the girl playing Marissa is comfortable with her character yet. She seems to stand like she is just waiting to deliver her lines. The s/l could be a success if the writers can deliver a good one but she needs to work on her passion to portray Marissa. Notice how the new Liza just took charge of her character and lets face it...she had much bigger shoes to fill cause she is taking on the part that has been well played by Marcy. I can see why Marissa is confused by this new found "family" and this could lead to some very interesting stories so I'll just have to wait and see how this one turns out. |
