I think Aiden killed Stuart. He seems to be the only one that we know was at the mansion but has yet to be questioned. He just keeps slipping in and out of places for no apparent reason. He wouldn't have a motive to speak pf so it could be an accident but he was there that night and no one has brought his name up. JMO

I believe it was the man who created the heart valve that Scott was working with. He found out the valve was used on the baby even tho Adam knew there was a problem with the prototype, shot the man he believed was Adam, and then hung himself!

Call me crazy, but, as (Stuart) was dying,he said that he had to die, for all all the things he had done. But, he was the kind and gentle brother. As for Adam, he was sick,mean & in trouble with his company and kids.
For some reason, I believe that Stuart killed Adam, in mercy, and has taken his place. The new Adadm wants JR and Scott to act as brothers, he is only interesterd in Annie as a changed woman, and ignores Erica. His story changed regarding the night of the shooying, including the story about his suit jacket, and the letters re: Colby. Maybe I am wrong , and it was Liza, Ryan or whoever.

you might be right.....Maybe Stuart killed Adam, is taking his place...that's a good theory. Especially what he said while dying...

Something is defnitely off w/Adam. Even the way he reacted when Colby moved out wasn't typical Adam. There were no threats, screaming, etc. This is a kinder, gentler, Adam, and I find it strange.

Ok, I have been thinking about the romantic storylines surrounding this murder..I have two ideas..

1. Aiden..He was in love with Annie. He was more than likely following her when Stewart saw her..maybe it was not an accident at all. Maybe Aiden did not want Stewart to be able to place Annie at the Chandler's. Aiden has been acting super odd since Greens died. And now his behavior is even more bizzare.

2. Nurse Gayle.This seems to be my favorite scenario. If it was her..no love lost! She is not a main charachter, so no one will care if she is locked up. She was livid when she heard Adam trying to turn little A against David. She knew David wanted him gone. She has proven that she will go above and beyond for him..Then there is the picture Emma drew. Ryan just assumed it was Annie and so did Annie..but Nurse Gayle could have just as easily been spotted by Emma..she may have gone into little A's room that night.

wow i would have never thought that ryan may have killed him but now that you say it it kinda does seem like ryan killed him but then again something is telling me that david or liza did it

Interesting. But it is not like Stuart to kick JR and Little Adam out of the mansion to make room for Annie. Plus Stuart was a better judge of character than Adam- I don't think he'd be fooled by her.

I am starting to like your theory Windy. Maybe this is Stuart pretending to be Adam. It definatley seems like something is off about Adam but maybe that is because he lost his brother. I don't know what motive Stuart would have to kill Adam though. It all seems a little strange to me. Also, the theory about Nurse Gayle could be correct also. Seems if I remember correctly the picture Annie drew was a girl with dark hair in a ponytail. Nurse Gayle had a pony tail that night I think. Anyone remember?

I agree that I think it is Marissa that killed Adam and possibly Dixie. It just makes sense the way they brought her in right around the time that they were saying someone else killed Dixie. Also, Marissa acted weird toward Krystal even before she supposedly new it was her mom.
