Well, I somehow managed to post my topic on the OLTL message board. "Moronic" huh? hahahahahaaaaaa! So, I am "Re-Posting" it here now....

I really do feel for Frankie on the accident w/his hands. And, that in any field where someone's "lively-hood" is in their hands such as a policeman, electrician, painter, musician, soldier, nurse, doctor, or surgeon the loss of any extremities is a terrible thing. But Frankie did not loose his hands. They are still attached to his arms. We do not know the severeness of it yet. I really believe he is "over-reacting" a bit. I mean, technology and therapy is awesome these days. He may very well have loss the use of them temporarily and it may not be a permanent condition or situation for him. I can understand that it may be scary for him at present. But all the screaming and hollering isn't doing any good at all. Randi is there to help, and support him. But Frankie isn't trying to hear that right now. We just been through some dramatic scenes a few months w/"Brot" dealing w/his trauma and a very Major one. I think our Nation and the viewer's really do empathize w/these soldiers of war. And, my heart goes out to them b/c I am a brother (veteran). I just think that Frankie needs to calm down and be thankful and count his blessing's that he doesn't have to face it all alone. He is young, and still alive and breathing w/all other major components. He has his whole life ahead of him. He really does need to focus instead of screaming at his wife telling her to get out who loves him very much!

I agree as well. At least with Brot, I can understand where he is coming from when he was mad at the world. Frankie on the other hand is over reacting. If I were Randi, I would have said, "At least your alive fool!!!" LOL. But that's just me. Seriously though, I agree with you. Most people loose limbs in war. He still has his. Doctor's are smarter now and technology has very improved to help with the damage. This is nothing to should and scream at your wife over. It's really not. But I believe this allows Randi to step it up and be there for Frankie as he was for her in her time of struggle.

This is ridiculous since Frankie was instrumental in getting Brot to adjust to his life changes, which in my opinion to date is a lot more severe than Frankie's hands. For crying out loud he's a man, husband, son and only a surgeon by trade.

Buna: Very valid point!

I have always thought he over reacted to everything. I am not a big fan of his. Love Randi thought and would like to see them stay together but sometimes Frankie is as emphatic as Ryan and that gets a wee bit old.

I like the Randi/Frankie story, but I hate this mess about his hands. They've turned a very smart young man into a pitiful hypocrite. He starts out strong in saving Randi and Brot, but has now built this wall around him, trading places with what Brot has been through. Very dumb storyline, and it's hard to believe that the "hero" is now weak and pathetic here. I hate how he's treating Randi. This is NOT the Frankie we've used to seeing.
