Is Alicia Minshew pregnant? I definitely saw a baby bump on today's episode. Anyone else think so?

I don't know if she's pregnant or not but her scar has gotten smaller and it doesn't even go to the bottom of the rib cage. Wonder how they did it? I have patients that would like to know. They were cut from a to z.
