Pennsylvania has spousal privilege about testifying against eachother except in domestic violence cases between the couple. PA tries to keep the family civil. This doesn't prevent one from testifying against the other. 5th amendment is not to incriminate yourself. Ryan needs his head examined. What happened to his hatred for Zach because "he killed Greenlee". Now they are being betrayed as allies. Zach's only saving grace is lack of words.

i believe Greens is alive .. and David has her somewhere hiding her out .. i think pretty soon they will start showing scenes where the nurse is workin for David private duty... they won't actually show us her face for a while but if they start showing scenes of a secret patient i'll bet any money on it it is Greens

I believe Greenlee is alive as well. I think it says that in the spoilers, that she's alive that's to David. That was in the spoilers somewhere.

Looks like ryan can't be redeemed.

He didn't tell her that for selfless reasons. He told her that because is was done with her. He wants to move on and he looks like less of a jerk. He never really wanted her, it was his way of striking out at Zach.
