i wouldnt put too much stock in ryan lieing to protect kendall,NOBODY goes to jail for anything in pine valley,even if it was a selfless offer about remarrying,which i dont believe,he still has a long way to go to change his stripes!! |

About the constitutional right for anyone to plead the 5th Amendment anywhere...That is true too, but that doesn't mean that every one exercises that right! That is an individual right of choice...I mean, if it was me I would plead it before incriminating myself! Although, I am not a Lawyer or even understand it, I thought the marriage was to keep them testifying "against" each other, So in that since I would think that Marriage of two makes one and that would mean incrimination against one self...But All I said was I have heard and seen where spouse's will testify against each other when it meant saving their own _____! |

I agree with you that Zack, not Ryan, is the selfless one. How Kendall could choose to love Ryan over Zack is beyond nuts to me. No one would choose Ryan over Zack Quote sick of it:

So, he gives her an "out" and he doesn't have to worry about her focusing so much on Zach. After all, to Ryass marriage is just a piece of paper anyway. Paper to be tossed away the moment the next shiny thing (pretty girl) bats her eyelashes at him... |

I see that as the most selfish thing Ryass has ever done. He wants Kendall out of jail, and he knows Zach is the only other legitimate suspect at the moment, so of course he suggests they marry. It is the way to keep Kendall to himself, not to Zach. That is how I see it. |

And, some of the past comments about him being w/her just to "revenge" Zach...I think that may be the case...And, it also appears today that Zach really does love Kendall...Perhaps the writers are slowing but surely putting Zach and Kendall back together...that way after the hurt and healing is done...Liza, has Zach's child and that will open up another "can of worms" down the road...You see how she address Liza about protecting their children and her "husband"!???

even though i can't stand Rybrain i believe he loved Greenpea.. he didn't even let her ashes cool off before he was in bed and in love with Kendall...my azz ... he don't love Kendall he just had to show Zach he could take her away from him & now that he has done that he don't want her at all now...and Kendall loves any man that winks at her cause she wants to be on every mans stool...... i hope when Ryan tells her he don't want her azz Zach tells her he don't want her azz either... i wanna see Liza and Zach together |

I should have worded that better. I think he suggested they marry so he can still have the "option" of Kendall available. I do believe he is about to drop her, like he does after he is done with every woman. But even then, if he can control the "option" of having her, he will, And he did. |

~)I agree that Ryan just wants to get rid of Kendall .. he never wanted her in the first place but He has to smell like a Rose ( to himself if no one else) he is still a selfish pig and does not care about anyone else . he just found an easy out to a relationship he never wanted. also he is starting to see Kendall is jealous of Liza and that COULD mean she in Not that into Ryan!!! So just like the high school minded punk that he is, he dumped her before she dumped him....jmo |

I think Ryan just wanted to upstage Zach..he was willing to go to prison for Kendall..Ryan knows that meant something to her, so now he wants to be all noble to win back points! |
