I know it was Adam's gun and that Krystal had it as well, but her prints would be on it too. Then again, Krystal already admitted to being there holding a gun on him. But, Krystal and Kendall's story is pretty much the same. "I pointed the gun at him..." So why let Krystal off with nothing further, but keep hounding Kendall? Sure, Kendall had more of a motive; she thought her son died, but Krystal had a motive too. She admitted that Adam caused her to "lose everything." Jesse needs to round up EVERYONE who was there; separate them, and do some hardcore police work the way they do on CSI, The First 48, SVU, etc. LOL He's too soft on everyone who admitted to having a gun on him, except for Kendall.



Hey MissChef. The Gunshot didn't go off when Krystal Tried to Shoot the Gun. Later, the Gunshot went off when Kendall was Pointing the Gun. Adam, Krystal and JR Can All Tell that Krystal Did NOT Kill Adam. Jody

Liza claims she saw Kendall holding a gun, but Jesse, with Liza's given history, didn't bother to question her further, even after he learned that she put Colby up to create a false alibi. He should have Liza and Kendall both at the station grilling them separately.


In my opinion: The "Chief" is leaving out too many details and is leaning on his own understanding or gut feelings...which he needs to stick to the book and use proper protocol in handling crime suspects...And, whoever it was that mentioned Jessie's always in street clothes...the more I see him in them the more he is starting to look like a common thug instead of a police chief! Why can't he wear a shirt and tie at least and a badge? Isn't he one of the directors of AMC? Wouldn't he know that he looks like a bum? Or is it he is just shear Lazy and winging it to get buy and he thinks people wouldn't notice???????

JR had Hayward's gun. He knocked him out cold and took his gun at the front gate. Then Tad came in to stop JR. Tad then gets knocked out by Adam, before Zach walks in and takes the gun off Tad. Now I don't remember how David ended up with another gun or the same gun, but we know and saw three people holding three different guns.

Jesse is the chief...he is not required to wear a uniform. Neither is a detective. I think anything under a chief or detective has to wear the uniform.

I used to date a detective.

When I was commenting on him leaving out so many details and things, I was having a moment of thinking out loud when The more I thought about it and recalling that someone mentioned his street clothes...I was just merely pointing out that his "street Clothes" looks like something a thug would wear and not even a suit and tie like Bo Bucanan on OLTL...I mean, yeah, he can wear civies, I don't care either way, but the choice of civies, or street clothes are something to me of "bad" taste...something a crack-head or drug pusher would wear...and his status as a police chief, I would at least have him wear something more presentable in the public eye...that's all I am saying....

Does anyone recall when Adam/Stuart was shot and as he was lying there dying - said to himself (as only soap's can do!)
"Now I must die for all the wrong I have done to so many people". Then all of a sudden it was Stuart that had been shot? "They" (the writers of the show) had me until then. Stuart wouldn't even be thinking that - as he was "the good one". Just watch and see - they'll probably have "him" come back as their triplet that got given away as a baby - much like Marissa was by Babes' mother.....(can't remember her name in the show.!) "Who Shot ..... ?" will probably drag on til Labor Day !

Yes, and as I've stated, a chief or dectetive does not have to follow any type of dress code. The guy I dated dressed as you said..."thuggish." In reality, you have to look like "common folk" seeing that in some neighborhoods, cops are targets. When he did undercover, he had to let his facial hair grow out, to look like a common crackhead just to blend in with the real crackheads just so he could catch the dope dealers. No petty drug dealer is going to sell to a guy who looks as if he's taking care of himself. Clean cut guy to a petty drug dealer screams, 'cop.' So that's why alot of them do NOT dress what you would think to be more "appropriate."

Not trying to play the know-it-all as most tackheads would say, but I'm only telling you what I've seen and what I know first hand.

MissCheff: You are right...I didn't think about that...The undercover stuff! But when is Jessie ever undercover? He is always out in the open investigating suspects...Even let's them in the same room to "colabrate" (ms)...Everybody knows this man, and the PV Elitist They are all "friends" w/him (lol!)...And, I was thinking that Police Chief's sets on their butts behind a desk...They do get out everynow and then I suppose...But Jessie is always playing the role of a "detective" not the "Chief"...On OLTL There is the Chief and there is the Detective...And, every now and then the Chief will grab the bull by the horns...But No never Will I think you to be a "know-it-all", You give me many interesting insight and correct answers...And, where we disagree, that is still ok...doesn't change anything! B/c I know sometimes "our" comments sometimes can't go unchallenged or rebutted...

Kendall drops her gun, runs, then hears a gunshot.

Now YESTERDAY, the cop at the station handed the D.A. a report from the forensics labs that says the bullet fired from the gun Zach had was indeed the murder weapon.

TODAY, Jesse said it was the gun Kendall had, and that her prints were on the gun.

Was Kendall arrested before? If she was NOT, then what did they compare the prints to? If her prints are not on file, then they can't say the prints on the gun was hers. (Again, that's IF she was never arrested and fingerprinted before)

So my question is (and please answer only if you know for certain) how three people had three different guns, and BOTH, Zach and Kendall's gun bore the fatal bullet?

The one thing we can conclude is that when Kendall dropped the gun and ran, someone came behind her and picked it up. The only person who says they saw her on the terrace with a gun is Liza.

So this is getting to be a tad bit confusing...


Kendall was also arrested for burning down Erica's house and Micheal Canbius' murder.
