Confusing!

Three people, Zach, Kendall and David all had guns pointing at Stuart at the same time.

(Kendall SAID she saw Zach there, in case no one remembers)

Kendall drops her gun, runs, then hears a gunshot.

Now YESTERDAY, the cop at the station handed the D.A. a report from the forensics labs that says the bullet fired from the gun Zach had was indeed the murder weapon.

TODAY, Jesse said it was the gun Kendall had, and that her prints were on the gun.

Was Kendall arrested before? If she was NOT, then what did they compare the prints to? If her prints are not on file, then they can't say the prints on the gun was hers. (Again, that's IF she was never arrested and fingerprinted before)

So my question is (and please answer only if you know for certain) how three people had three different guns, and BOTH, Zach and Kendall's gun bore the fatal bullet?

The one thing we can conclude is that when Kendall dropped the gun and ran, someone came behind her and picked it up. The only person who says they saw her on the terrace with a gun is Liza.

So this is getting to be a tad bit confusing...

I'm not sure MissChef but I do remember when I was watching the episode saying to myself there is no way it was Kendall or Zach. I remember knowing it couldn't be Kendall cause she was on the terrace but I don't remember why I was so sure it wasn't Zach. Do you remember?

IMA I think its Tad. He was nearby and when Kendall dropped the gun he picked it up and shot through the window. Maybe he was putting the gun back or something when Jesse shot him but I do think Tad pulled that trigger. He thinks Adam killed Dixie and he wanted him to pay!!

Yes Kendall has been arrested. Remember when she set Greenlee up for kidnapping Spike. Then they arrested Kendall. Greenlee got the charges dropped.

If you watch the episodes from May 15th and May 18th it is possible to follow the gun trail, though it is confusing.
The murder weapon was the gun that Kendall dropped on the patio and Zach had that same gun in his possession when he was arrested. It is Adam's silver revolver and it was held by Adam, Krystal, Kendall and then Zach. It didn't show Zach picking it up from the patio but you can see it is the same gun when he fired into the air, and after Tad is shot on the patio it shows the gun that Zach had laying on the patio next to him.

Thanks! Now I remember!

I know it was Adam's gun and that Krystal had it as well, but her prints would be on it too. Then again, Krystal already admitted to being there holding a gun on him. But, Krystal and Kendall's story is pretty much the same. "I pointed the gun at him..." So why let Krystal off with nothing further, but keep hounding Kendall? Sure, Kendall had more of a motive; she thought her son died, but Krystal had a motive too. She admitted that Adam caused her to "lose everything." Jesse needs to round up EVERYONE who was there; separate them, and do some hardcore police work the way they do on CSI, The First 48, SVU, etc. LOL He's too soft on everyone who admitted to having a gun on him, except for Kendall.

As for me being "sure" about it not being Kendall, it's because we all saw her drop the gun and run. But Zach was already pointing a gun at Adam too, and was there when Kendall ran. So we SAW the gun that Zach started out with. It wasn't 'til police arrived that Zach framed himself by taking the gun Kendall had and firing in the air. That's how we know it wasn't Zach or Kendall, or David for that matter.
Now the REAL confusing part comes in where ALL THREE of them were pointing guns. So we know Zach and Kendall both could not possibly have been holding the same gun at the same time. Then, Stuart takes one in the back, but with him moving around, it's hard to pinpoint just where the bullet came from. I watched the clip again, and even when Stuart falls, the camera is spinning around, making it difficult for viewers to see just WHERE the bullet came from.

What I don't get is the fact that Jessie Arrested Kendall Today, saying her finger prints were all over the Gun (murder weapon)... What about the finger prints of everybody else that handled that same gun? I mean, wouldn't Forensic lab picked their prints up as well? And, if that is the case how can Jessie determine it was Kendall who fired the murder weapon?????????????????????????????????

I think Jesse, Being both a male and a Father, has issues with what he perceives as a woman taking a child away from its father. I think he is gunning for Kendall because he doesn't like the fact that Zach will not be there for Ian if he covers for Kendall. Though I don't think Kendall or Zach killed anyone. I think it was Liza. I just don't like or trust that woman. She gave Kendall to the wolves way too quickly for my taste and she seemed to relish it.

Yeah, that's the same thing I said! Why do they only have one set of prints, and not anyone elses? Adam's should be on there, and so should Krystal's. The whole thing started out good, but now it's getting silly just like everything else. Pratt is sitting on a goldmine and doesn't know what the hell to do with it.

Not only that, but why would Jesse be so quick to take Liza's word, KNOWING her history??? So she SAYS she saw Kendall, but a real cop would grill her further on the reason she was there at the mansion out of the blue after all this time. Colby already informed Jesse that Liza asked her to lie and give a fake alibi, but yet he's going to take her word about Kendall being the shooter? Once again...Pratt starts out great, but then faulters. Poor and senseless writing of the scripts.

Hey MissChef. The Gunshot didn't go off when Krystal Tried to Shoot the Gun. Later, the Gunshot went off when Kendall was Pointing the Gun. Adam, Krystal and JR Can All Tell that Krystal Did NOT Kill Adam. Jody

IMO Jesse thinks it is Kendall because of Zach's confession.
He thinks Zach is protecting someone and that Kendall is the only one he would take the blame for. Still, kind of a lame reason to let Krystal off the hook so fast.

Yes, but it's not Kendall either. She dropped the gun then ran. Liza claims she saw Kendall holding a gun, but Jesse, with Liza's given history, didn't bother to question her further, even after he learned that she put Colby up to create a false alibi. He should have Liza and Kendall both at the station grilling them separately.
