:~ Has anyone considered the possibility that Jake is actually the father of Amanda's baby? Amanda slept with Jake and David about the same time and the only reason she thinks it is David's is that it was too far along to be JRs. This would be a great twist...can you imagine how it would blow David away to find out that the baby he thinks is his is actually a Martin!

I too think that is true, David deserves to be brought down once and for all. I do not like how his character came back to begin with.

I think they can do more with David as the father than Jake.

They should start sending their DNA samples out of town to get an accurate result; too much hanky-panky in the PV labs...everyone and anyone has access! Since RPG has been on, he has not lived up to all the hype and hoopla, so he's probably gonna be the babydaddy and this is gonna give him a more prominent s/l...the competition b/t him and David is gonna be fierce; they're gonna be buttin' heads a lot this summer!

Yes, I've thought of that possibility - Jake being the father of Amanda's baby. Wow, would that send David to the nut house and what a nice solution for Amanda and Jake. It's about time that something decent happens to a soap story.

I am hoping its Jakes baby. That would be a great twist. David has to many kids now he didnt look after. I like Davids character but he is obsessive. That would put him in his place.

Evidence that Jakes the Father
1. it was a couple of weeks between Jake doing the deed and David...well Amanda was drinking(low birth weight)...
2. Didn't Liza say she was 71/2 months...isn't early for bracston hicks...
3. with an ultrasound it's a guesstiment...by size...if she wasn't eating...
4. It would make great soap drama

I really really really want Jake to be the father.......Even if he is not.........They could have some kind of DNA test that comes back as Jake the dad (even if he isn't

it could be jake baby as amanada has signed on to continue in the story and not leave this is a good thing something needs to happen to david BIG TIME

When Frankie did the ultra sound, he during the time of pregnancy it placed David as the father.

David has lost so many kids and we don't know for sure what kind of father he would be. Kids change people. Adam is a great grandparent when he's around Little A.

2. David is like Stepheno Demeru. David is all over that kid, so it's got to be his. He wouldn't be all over that kid if it was a Martin, after all, he a has a terrible hatred for Martins.

If it did turned out to be Jake's magically, David would probably drop dead out of that kind of shock.

I think David is the father because it will be a much more interesting storyline.

Babies are never interesting in soap world unless they are being kidnap or have an illness. And we they already did the ultra sound and declared David the father. So, the whole, "No, Jake's the father." Is pretty much...well...boring.
